Going back to the Garden

Can you see the Garden
The Garden that is a City
coming down from the sky
Can you hear His voice
brilliance going up for miles high

Going back to the Garden
Immersed in
surrounded by
beauty

The Divine Scientist, Creator, Gardener, is preparing things
He is stirring up the gifts He used at creation,
to design, create, make beautiful,
His heart is filled with tenderness as He wakes up His Bride.

He is looking for volunteers
to bring back His creativity
His divine artwork
His divine music
His divine lyric
He is looking for volunteers
to bring back the Garden
that is a city, that New City

Where are the volunteers who will listen, who will see, who will receive?
Where are the volunteers who will love Him back
back to the Old Garden
with the New City

Our Father who is in Heaven
Hallowed be Your name
Your kingdom come
Your will be done
On earth as it is in Heaven

Here on earth, as it is in Heaven
Can you imagine?
This street being like it is in heaven
This family being whole like the wholeness of heaven?
This nation being led like the kingdom that reigns eternal in heaven?
Our broken down bodies, alive, as we will be in heaven

This Old Garden, as it is in Heaven

No orphans in heaven
no despair in heaven
no darkness in heaven

On earth in this Old Garden
as it is in Heaven

Imagine
Imagine with the mind of the Creator
Imagine what He sees
what He sings
what He creates
who He loves
Imagine you artists and songsters, what He could say through you
Do you feel Him brooding over the darkness of your heart?
To recreate the Garden in your heart
A place to walk together
to bring life
Come, Lord Jesus
Create in us a new heart, a new Garden
for the New City
